Welcome to the 4th annual music festival at Valley Branch Retreat that we have renamed "GREENSTOCK" to better reflect our mission.
Greenstock will be held during the weekend of August 8th-10th, 2008. Our vision is a long-term, annual festival in the heart of Brown County
(directly east of Brown County State Park - Nashville, Indiana) that encompasses a mixture of various musical performances, sporting activities,
various cultural outdoor events and green awareness. Valley Branch Retreat rests on 500 secluded acres that has virtually been untouched by the general public,
while being home to a very low-key hiking, mountain biking and paintball scene. If you've heard of Paintball Valley... this is the place.
Valley Branch Retreat, WJAA, Concentric Management Systems, Primo Sound Productions, Carter-Lee Lumber and Jode Solutions have teamed up to bring you
the best in regional music and Midwest outdoor adventure. Unlike some of the larger festivals, we have chosen a more intimate approach for this premier
Indiana festival. |
|
| LAYOUT AND AMENITIES :
The 500 acre site also has an in-door lodge dubbed "Harvest Hall", so RAIN WILL NOT MAKE OR BREAK THIS FESTIVAL! There are rental cabins, electric
& water hook-up sites, as well as primitive camping sites. Facilities include plenty of immaculate rest rooms with showers and indoor recreational
space. There is a game area with video games and all the indoor fun associated with summer camp.
Wood will be sold as most sites have fire rings (please see General Rules section for discussion about fire wood.) Vending will include arts, entertainer
merchandise, food, ice, water, sodas, wood, sporting equipment rental and a few other key essentials. Feel free to bring your own food, water, ice, drinks
and equipment. See General Rules section before packing.
Valley Branch Retreat also contains a clean, stocked lake near the back of the camping area with canoe, tube and row boat rental.

recent reports of dangerous foreign insects and contamination. Click here for more information.
