Jode Solutions was founded by John Roberts and Denise Greer in 2005. Their objective was to use their technically-savvy communications skills they developed through past employment and interest based in design to found a proactive, stable company offering business communications services from small to mid-sized companies.

John Roberts - Prior to founding Jode Solutions, Mr. Roberts was a systems technician at Ball State University, where he worked directly with the operation of a daily newspaper, keeping abreast of latest trends in design and pagination software. He carries a background in journalism and telecommunications giving him the diversity needed to accurately assess a variety of business needs. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Ball State University.

"I have seen great design work, advertising, PR and marketing campaigns from communication companies that give everything they've got when working with high-profile clients. However, I have noticed these same companies give less of an effort when working on projects for smaller enterprises. Jode Solutions thrives on delivering quality work and building strong, lasting relationships with each and every client. Quality, innovation, high standards, integrity, and reliability: these are not mere buzz words. They are the core of what makes Jode Solutions strong and are delivered to every client we serve."

Denise Greer - Ms. Greer was a designer and writer for the Ball State Alumnus magazine, a bimonthly publication reaching 140,000 alumni. She worked with photographers and pre-press operators to generate the best quality reproduction. Beginning her career in sales and marketing, she has worked with brand identity, advertising, trade show logistics, special events, promotions, printing coordination, public relations and media relations. She received her bachelor's degree from Ball State University.

"Having been on both ends of the spectrum as client and service provider, I experienced positive and negative relationship management. In forming Jode Solutions, we want to incorporate those good behaviors and learn from the bad. First-hand has taught me that assumptions can be detrimental to a project and research can make the difference between a good plan and an on-target WOW campaign. This is why we believe asking the right questions is the first step to achieving a project's intent, saving you time and money in the long run."
